Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving us an explanation.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days after you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last lot or piece of your order.

• If you do wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible after placement of your order. A clear statement of cancellation can be made by sending a letter (please use a proof of postage service) to Klassy Canine Bakery, 36 Broomhill, Tiverton EX16 6AR, by telephoning 01884 255584 between 9am and 6pm Mondays to Fridays, by using the Contact Us form on our website, or preferably by email to sales@klassycaninebakery.co.uk
• To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
• If no goods were supplied, we will fully refund the money paid to us within 14 days after the day on which you informed us about your decision to cancel your order.
