NEW Checkout Procedures
NEW CHECKOUT PROCEDURES: The second Payment Services Regulation (PSD2) came into force on Saturday 14th September 2019. Strong Customer Authentication is now required, meaning most online payments will need at least two forms of authentication. Please ensure that your credit and/or debit card providers have your up-to-date phone numbers (home and/or mobile) and email address(es), as you may not be able to make purchases otherwise.
In order to comply with PSD2, we have decided to use Stripe and PayPal for our checkout procedures. All of our previous online payments, as well as card payments taken face-to-face at agility shows, have always been processed by PayPal, so there is no change in that method of payment processing. The only change that you will see is that, if you wish to enter your debit or credit card details directly on our website, then Stripe will be the payment processor. If you would like to use the PayPal as your payment processor, select button at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to a PayPal payments page. You do not require a PayPal account in order to complete your purchase, as you will see the options to either log in to your PayPal account, or checkout as a guest. If you are checking out as a guest, you will need to fill in the required information in order to have your payment processed and receive a receipt for your payment.
IMPORTANT: Once your payment has been confirmed by PayPal, please scroll down to the bottom of the screen, and click on the button or text that will return you to the Klassy Canine Bakery website. If you do this step, you should see a confirmation page on our website and should receive an order confirmation email from Klassy Canine Bakery.
If you do not return to our website, you will not receive an order confirmation email from us, however, don’t panic! – we will still have received the details of your order!
PayPal will already have emailed a separate email receipt for your payment authorisation. If you have a PayPal account, you can log in to view the transaction details.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER: When you place your order, you should receive an automatic email notification from Klassy Canine Bakery, indicating that your order has been received. If you selected Stripe as your payment option then payment will be taken at the same time. We will add a note to your order to let you know which day we expect to dispatch your order. Please respond to this email if you would like to alter the dispatch date. PayPal payment will be taken at around the time of dispatch, which you should see on your credit or debit card statement, or in your PayPal account if you chose to pay that way.
DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER: When we dispatch your order, you should receive an email notification from Klassy Canine Bakery, which will be sent on the day we dispatched your order. Orders are posted by Royal Mail First Class unless otherwise indicated, so you should expect delivery within 1-2 days (this may take longer in December due to Christmas).
