White Chocolate Enrobed Lemon Meringue Fudge Bar approx 200g Best Before 29 April 2020


Our favourite fudge flavour. A split fudge with a layer of lemon fudge and a fudgy 'meringue' layer, with real egg meringue crystals at the interface. The sweetness of the fudge is countered by the acidity of the lemon, and the white chocolate coating adds to the indulgence.

Made in the West Country.


INGREDIENTS: Sugar, glucose syrup, white chocolate coating (milk, soya) (14%), vegetable oil (palm), sweetened condensed milk (whole milk, sugar), meringue granules (egg, sugar, wheat starch) lemon oil, emulsifier: soya lecithin, acidity regulator (citric acid), yellow colouring: E102, E110. White chocolate contains: sugar, cocoa butter (29.5%), whole milk powder (23.5%), emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. White chocolate contains minimum 22% milk solids, 28% cocoa solids
